How do I choose a product?
Browse the Shop and open a product page to compare the available pack sizes, variants, prices, and product-specific information before adding an item to your cart.
Where can I find ingredients, warnings, and directions?
Product pages provide shopping information, but the details printed on the package are the final source for ingredients, warnings, and directions. Review the package before use and contact us if anything is unclear.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email. We can review the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
Checkout and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout shows the payment methods currently available for your order and billing details. Follow the instructions shown with the selected method, and never send card or account credentials by email.
Where are shipping costs and delivery estimates shown?
Enter your delivery details at checkout to see the methods, costs, and estimates currently available for that address. The cart total does not include a shipping estimate.
Shipping and tracking
Where do you ship?
Available destinations and delivery methods are confirmed from the address entered at checkout. Review Shipping and delivery for the current policy.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Checkout provides an estimate for the selected method, and tracking information is sent after the order ships.
How do I track an order?
Use Order tracking with the order ID and billing email used at checkout. You can also follow the carrier link in the shipment email when one is available.
Returns and support
What is the return process?
Review the Return policy for current eligibility, timing, condition, and refund information. Contact support for a Return Merchandise Authorization before sending an item back.
What should I do if a package is missing or damaged?
Contact support promptly with the order number, checkout email, and a concise description of the issue. Include relevant package or product photos when available.
